Collection and processing of personal data:

By visiting the Catch'n Serve Ball Website for informative reasons without transmitting any other personal data, only personal data that your browser submits to our servers will be collected. This data is technically essential for providing a stable and save website (iSd Art 6 (1) lit f) 1. Satz DSGVO). Further, the collected information assure transparency and enable debugging processes in case of errors. Following data will be captured:

Webpages visited, IP-address, access date and time, data amount sent, the website you linked from, browser, language and operating system used.

This information is saved in log files and serve for…

  • prevention and control of unlawful use,
  • improvements and
  • statistical analyses.

This website evaluates the log files that are created by webservers based on website accesses. The statistical analysis is done by the log files on which the data mentioned above is captured. Log files are automatically deleted after 10 days, whereby the data is saved anonymously for the duration of the operation of the website in the form of anonymous web access statistics. In contrast to other statistic software “Advanced Web Statistics” uses no Cookies and do not transfer data to third party servers. The software is stored on our own servers in Austria. In case of deletion of the software, also the saved anonymous data will be deleted.

Logfiles:

The servers of Internetkonzepte.at GmbH save log files for 30 days and deletes them subsequently.

The Internetkonzept.at GmbH are aware of your personal data in the above mentioned extend. They do not have the allowance to use those data for internal purposes or to transmit them to third parties.

The safeguards are continuously revised in line with technological developments. The physical precautions to secure the data are made by our service provider Internetkonzepte.at GmbH. Insofar as they do not have to be discreet, abstractly described or kept secret in order to avoid favouring third-party attacks on the systems used, they can be viewed here (URL).

Data (see above) which is stored on our webpages due to your visit, unless otherwise specified in other sections of this declaration, will be stored by us and the service providers listed above for a period of no more than 30 days and become automatic deleted.

GET IN CONTACT VIA E-MAIL, LETTER, MOBILE OR FAX:

Your data (Name, address, mobile phone number, E-mail and specified data) which is reported when you contact us, will be stored in order to answer your questions, to process your request quickly and to be able to contact you. The data arising will be deleted unless you enter into a contract with CSIT as well as the storage is no longer required. Also, data processing is restricted to the legal minimum if statutory retention periods are provided. In case of a conclusion of a contract, the privacy policy in the contract of data processing should be observed.

CONNECTION TO SOCIAL MEDIA:

The CSIT webpage is connected to social networks using social media plug-ins. These plug-ins transmit no data by visiting our website. Only when you click on the operating symbol personal data will be transmitted to the selected service. Subsequently, the selected service receives the information that you have visited the CSIT website with your IP address. If you click on the plug-in while logged in to the respective service, you can share the content of our pages on your profile. This allows the service to associate your visit to our website with your user account. Please note that CSIT is not aware of the transmitted data or their use by the service.

USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS.

PROTOCOLLING OF EMAIL TRAFFIC / WEBMAIL:

For the purpose of ensuring adequate information and system security as well as the detection and appropriate treatment of malware, our e-mail servers create log data about the processed e-mail traffic. By sending an e-mail from or to our servers, the following information is logged: E-mail, IP address and host name of the recipient, number of recipients, e-mail, IP address and host name of the sender, subject, date and time of receipt on the server, file name, file name of attachments, message size, risk classification for spam quality and delivery status. The checking of e-mails and the sorting out of spam or malware in the first step is fully automated. Only in case of suspicion or doubt, individual e-mails are subjected to a closer examination by persons in charge.
