Our Mission

Play, catch, connect for equality in sport!

Our mission is to actively promote and spread the Catch'n Serve ball sport and make it accessible to people from all social classes. We are passionate about breaking down barriers and ensuring that our team sport is accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstance. By using sport as a vehicle for equality, we strive to create an inclusive environment where every player has a fair chance to succeed. We adhere to the principles of fair play and promote a culture of respect, integrity and sportsmanship on and off the pitch.

The ICSBF is committed to universal human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights instruments.

We realize that sport provides a unique platform to promote and protect these rights. Therefore, we are committed to respecting and promoting human rights in all our activities and decisions. We are committed to combating all forms of discrimination based on gender, gender identity, age, origin, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or disability and to supporting the elimination of related prejudices.

We are also particularly committed to promoting and protecting the rights of girls and women in sport and strive to ensure their full and equal participation in all events and training sessions on a sustainable basis. Equal treatment, dignity and mutual respect for all persons participating in our events should be guaranteed.
