The ICSBF offers two different 2-day seminars: the Basic Seminar and the Master Class Seminar.
The Basic Seminar is designed for new members as well as for countries and groups interested in getting to know Catch'n Serve Ball. It introduces the concept through theoretical input and practical exercises to understand and experience the sport firsthand.
The Master Class Seminar is exclusively for members and advanced groups/federations. It builds on existing knowledge and skills and expands them through in-depth exercises under dynamic training conditions.
