Italy: The Catch’n Serve Ball school project comes to a close with great enthusiasm

The Catch’n Serve Ball school project at I.C. Plinio Il Vecchio in Cisterna di Latina has successfully concluded with strong participation and enthusiasm.

The project was organized by Pianeta Volley Aprilia, with the direct involvement of its Catch’n Serve Ball team Mamasharks, in collaboration with AICS Roma and the Italian Catch’n Serve Ball Federation.

More than 200 students took part in the project overall, and around 120 students, divided into 7 classes, participated in the final event.

Over the course of several months, students took part in a sporting and educational pathway that combined movement, inclusion, and teamwork, thanks to the valuable contribution of the technical staff and the Mamasharks athletes, who supported the students with professionalism, passion, and great dedication.

The final day of activities featured a closing tournament, during which students were able to put into practice everything they had learned, demonstrating commitment, cooperation, and clear sporting growth.

“We have seen the students grow not only from a motor skills perspective, but also on a relational level. Catch’n Serve Ball has proven to be an effective and inclusive educational tool,” commented the teachers.

Great satisfaction was also expressed by the technical staff and the athletes involved, who highlighted the students’ enthusiasm and participation as clear confirmation of the educational value of the project.

On behalf of AICS Roma and the Italian Catch’n Serve Ball Federation, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Pianeta Volley Aprilia for organizing the Catch’n Serve Ball school project with competence, vision, and great dedication.

A special thank you goes to all the girls of the Mamasharks Catch’n Serve Ball team, the true driving force of this project, for the passion, commitment, and enthusiasm with which they work every day to spread Catch’n Serve Ball, not only throughout Italy but also abroad as a positive example.

Thank you for being ambassadors of a sport that unites, on and off the court.

A project that once again confirms the value of Catch’n Serve Ball as an educational tool, capable of engaging everyone and creating solid foundations for future collaborations between schools, sports clubs, and the Federation.

Sport is good for you. Doing it together is even better.
