Catch'n Serve Ball Brings Girls Together in Israel
The festival brought together teams from all over Israel, including Jewish, Muslim, Christian, and Druze girls, for three unforgettable days filled with sports, learning, and shared experiences. On the court, they were simply players—they competed against one another, learned from one another, supported one another, and enjoyed the game together in the true spirit of the Catch'n Serve Ball family.
For three days, the participants enjoyed an all-inclusive sports experience featuring exciting games, team-building activities on the beach, social events, shared meals, and plenty of fun by the sea. They also watched a men’s FIFA World Cup match between Spain and Belgium, enjoyed the inspiring animated film “Dream Big”, visited a trampoline park, and created memories that will stay with them for many years to come.
One of the most significant aspects of the festival was seeing new friendships develop between girls from different regions and communities across Israel. Many of them met for the first time during the event and returned home with new friends and lasting memories, thanks to sports, teamwork, and shared experiences.
Dream Big — the players and coaches reflected together on values that apply both in sports and in everyday life:
- Being part of a team is more important than individual success.
- The journey is just as important as the victory.
- Trust and teamwork are the foundation of success.
- Encourage and support one another, especially during difficult moments.
- Respect your opponents and learn from every game.
- Dare to dream, believe in yourselves, and never give up.
At Catch'n Serve Ball Israel – The Friendship League, we believe that sports are much more than just competition. They build self-confidence, foster leadership skills, create friendships and mutual respect, and offer girls from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to connect with one another through the universal language of sports.
A heartfelt thank you to all the players, coaches, parents, volunteers, and partners who made this festival such an unforgettable success.
