Catch’n Serve Ball in Poland – History and Development
During this international seminar, the participants obtained authorization to train certified multipliers and to develop and promote Catch’n Serve Ball in Poland. From that moment on, the initiative gained momentum rapidly. Osa Łomianki Sports Club implemented Catch’n Serve Ball as a form of physical activity for both children and adults during family summer camps organized by the club.
In September 2025, the first Catch’n Serve Ball section in Poland was officially established under the name Osa Łomianki Catch’n Serve Ball. Recruitment for training sessions was announced, and practices have since been conducted regularly one to two times per week at sports facilities in Łomianki near Warsaw.
The first opportunity to test training results and further develop skills was participation in the international Be Aware Tournament in Berlin, Germany, held on 24–26 October 2025. The Polish players achieved 3rd and 4th place in the Mixed Team – Fun Tournament category. An additional highlight was receiving the Fair Play Award.
Another important milestone was the organization of the first women’s Catch’n Serve Ball mini-tournament in Poland, which took place during the sports festival “Kindergarten Olympics” on 8 November 2025 in Łomianki.
