Program: WomEn LEADership in sport: promoting the capacity of sport clubs to increase the female participation as leaders

Five female coaches will be trained as multipliers in Austria. Training and final tournament to be held in Austria in 2027.

Objectives of the Project

  • To reinforce the capacity of Countries not associated to the Programme (Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro) to implement a common method to increase the female participation as leaders, through cooperation with the partners coming from the Eu Programme Countries (Italy and Austria).

  • To develop new competencies in coaches aimed at developing new sport programs adapted to women's participation needs.

  • To promote knowledge and skills of sport management and leadership for unemployed women.

  • To raise awareness among sport clubs and institutions concerning the women’s crucial role at grassroots sport level.
